Elite HR Solutions was established in 2018 by Daniel and Fiona Baker. The consultancy is operated from Albany in Western Australia and provides services to clients Australia wide.
Elite HR Solutions provides services to clients from a range of industries such as agriculture, hospitality, food manufacturing, trades, disability services, allied health, viticulture, transport and logistics, horticulture, retail, conveyancing, sporting organisations and childcare.
Principal Consultant, Daniel Baker, grew up on the family farm near Holt Rock in the Grain Belt of Western Australia. Daniel has a particular affinity with agriculture-based clients as he understands the unique challenges faced by the many sectors of the industry.
After completing high school in Albany, Daniel attended the University of Western Australia to complete a Bachelor of Commerce in 2004, achieving a Double Major in Management and Industrial Relations (Employment Law) and a Double Minor in Human Resource Management and Business Law. Daniel has spent his career (15+ years) in a variety of roles relating to managing the employment of many people across all industries. Daniel has real experience across a variety of challenging employment issues and is able to use that experience for the benefit of clients.
Elite HR Solutions offers a customised service to meet the needs of the client, available seven days a week to assist with issues as they arise. Reducing risk for clients and finding strategic solutions to complex issues is the primary objectives.
